Next-day shipping refers to the speed of the selected shipping service after carrier acceptance and does not necessarily mean every order will arrive the calendar day after it is placed. Processing times, weekends, holidays, carrier schedules, weather, address issues, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Carna Rose is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional expenses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.

Due to the nature, handling requirements, and integrity concerns associated with research materials, completed orders may be subject to limited return eligibility.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly and contact Carna Rose within the timeframe stated in our applicable policy if an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise affected by a fulfillment issue.

An order cannot always be canceled after it has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
